Delicate zucchini, juicy tomatoes and all this under a fragrant cream-cheese cap.
From the specified number of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.
Finely chop the greens.
Add the garlic squeezed through the garlic press into the sour cream.
Grate the cheese.
Thinly chop the tomatoes.
In a baking dish (I used a 10 × 20 cm mold) put, alternating, zucchini and tomatoes.
Pour in sour cream sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30–40 minutes.
