- 500 g beef liver
- 300 g sour cream
- 200 g onion
- vegetable oil
Finely chop the onion.
To clear a liver of films.
Cut into cubes.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add the liver.
Fry on all sides.
Add sour cream.
Simmer for 15–20 minutes.
