From the specified amount of ingredients, 7–9 servings are obtained.
Skip the chicken fillet through a meat grinder.
Soak the bun in milk.
Mix the minced meat and the bun (pre-squeeze the bun from milk).
Finely chop the onion.
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil.
Add minced meat, fry.
Fry for 20 minutes.
Peel potatoes, cook until tender.
Finely chop the greens.
Add 50–70 ml of milk.
Grate the cheese.
In the form, put the minced meat with mushrooms.
Put mashed potatoes on the minced meat.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15–20 minutes.
