There are many recipes for stuffed cabbage, each mistress has his own.
Cabbage rolls prepared according to this recipe are very tasty!
You can use any mincemeat in the recipe to taste (I used pork + beef).
Rice used round-grain, did not boil it before. If you use steamed rice, you can boil it.
From the specified number of ingredients, 7-10 cabbage rolls are obtained.
Remove the leaves from the cabbage.
Boil water in a large saucepan (3-4 liter).

Grate the carrots.
Add rice to the minced meat.
Add onions, carrots.
Put the minced meat on the cabbage leaf.
Wrap the top edge.
Wrap side edges.
Tighten bottom edge.
Cooking the sauce.
Combine sour cream and tomato sauce.
Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.
A little salt.
Fry cabbage on vegetable oil on one side.
Turn over, fry on the other side.
Add the sauce.
Pour water so that it covers cabbage rolls.
To cover with a lid.
Simmer for 35–40 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and sauce, in which cabbage rolls were stewed.
