Zucchini is very tender, minced - juicy and fragrant.
Instead of zucchini, you can use zucchini or eggplant.

Soak the bun in milk.
Squeeze the bun, mix with minced meat.
Cut the zucchini into circles about 1-2 cm thick (if the zucchini is old, peel off the skin).

Mix tomato sauce and sour cream.
Pour the sauce into the mold (I used a mold measuring 20 × 30 cm).
Place the zucchini on the sauce.
Form small balls from minced meat, put on zucchini.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35–40 minutes.
When serving, pour sauce in which zucchini stewed.
