If we talk about soups, then the most useful cream soup or mashed soup can be called spinach soup. After all, spinach is one of the ten most healthy foods, it was not for nothing that the sailor Papai loved it so much. Spinach dishes are useful for both young children and adults who wish to preserve youth, beauty, figure and good mood. Today, the menu has cream spinach soup with fragrant pieces of smoked chicken and crunchy croutons.

Serving soup can be just like that, but it’s more delicious to season it with cream, sprinkle with hard cheese, serve with hard-boiled chicken or quail eggs, ordinary or garlic croutons. In a frying pan or in a saucepan, where the soup will be cooked, fry the onions and garlic cloves in butter. The slicing form can be any, all the same the contents will be mashed with a blender. Onions and garlic should be light, not overcooked (otherwise bitter taste will be felt).
If onions and garlic were fried in a pan, then they should be transferred to a pan of the desired volume. Add peeled and diced potatoes.
Boil the broth (ideally chicken, but you can use vegetable and even water). Pour all the liquid and bring the potatoes to softness (15 minutes).
Add frozen spinach, boil. Spinach should not be boiled for a long time, so as not to lose all its beneficial properties. At this stage, you can add salt to the soup and freshly ground black pepper.
Remove from heat, with a hand blender, mashed the contents of the stewpan or pan into a homogeneous mass.
Pour the cream into the soup, return to a low heat and bring it to a boil (but no longer boil). Add a little lemon juice (taste), straighten the taste of the soup with pepper and salt.
Cut smoked chicken drumstick or breast into thin slices. You can also cook croutons by frying bread cubes in a dry pan.
Pour the hot soup into plates, add croutons, chicken and serve immediately.
