I used beef liver, you can try using pork (previously soaked in milk) or chicken.
Mushrooms (I used champignons) can be used fresh or frozen.
Garnish can be cooked with potatoes or rice.
From the specified number of ingredients, 10-12 cutlets are obtained.
Pass the liver, carrots, onions through a meat grinder.
Add an egg.
Add flour, salt.
Fry the patties in vegetable oil on one side (fry for about 5 minutes).
Fry on the other side (about 5 minutes).
Cooking the sauce.
Finely chop the onion.
Peel the mushrooms, finely chop.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil.
Fry for 10-15 minutes.
Add cream, bring to a boil, remove from heat.
When serving on cutlets, put the sauce.
