Liver cakes are very tender, the filling perfectly complements the taste.
You can use any filling to taste.
From the specified number of ingredients, 6–8 servings are obtained.
Finely chop the onion.
Grate the carrots.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil.
Add carrots and fry.
Add garlic squeezed through garlic press into mayonnaise.
To clear a liver (crude) from scum.
Skip through the meat grinder.
In a greased frying pan, fry the pancake on one side (fry for about 5 minutes).
Turn over, fry on the other side (about 5 minutes).
So that the pancakes do not break when you turn them over, I advise you to do the following. When the pancake is fried on one side, it easily rolls from the pan to the plate, and from the plate you turn it back into the pan and fry the other side.
I got 5 pancakes with a diameter of 16 cm.
Lubricate the warm pancake with mayonnaise.
Put carrots with onions.
Cover with the next pancake.
Collect the cake in this way.
Decorate to taste.
For example, garnish the sides with grated proteins, sprinkle the yolks grated on a fine grater on top.
