The filling is very tender.
You can use chicken or beef liver (with chicken I like much more).
About 15 pieces are obtained from the indicated amount of ingredients.
Finely chop the onion.
Fry in vegetable oil.
Add the liver.
Fry until tender (about 20 minutes).
Skip through the meat grinder.
Form small cakes from the dough.
Put the stuffing.
Pinch the edges.
Grease a baking sheet with oil or cover with baking paper.
Put the pies (seam down).
If desired, patties can be greased with a beaten egg.
Let the pies rise.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 15–20 minutes.
