Baking from puff pastry is always tasty, fast, satisfying.

Bacon gives juiciness and aroma. I used minced meat (beef + pork), but you can use any one you like.
From the specified number of ingredients, 12-15 pieces are obtained.
Finely chop the onion.
Cut the cabbage into strips.
Cut the bacon into strips.
Fry the bacon in a pan (without oil).
Add the onion.
Add minced meat.
Salt, pepper (salt carefully, bacon is quite salty).
Fry for 20–25 minutes.
From the dough, cut out the rectangles (about 10 × 12 cm).
Put the minced meat in the middle.
On the sides make oblique cuts.
Strip, alternating, fold, forming a pie.
Grease a baking sheet with oil or cover with baking paper.
Put the pies out.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 15–20 minutes.
