Combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
Add baking powder, flour.
Knead not a thick dough.
Cooking the filling.
Chop leek into half rings (finely chopped).
Finely chop the raw meat.
Finely chop the potato (raw) into cubes.
Mix potatoes, meat, onions.
In a greased form (I used the form 23 × 23 cm) put half of the dough (it is convenient to lay out the dough with your hands dampened in water).
Put the filling on the dough.
Put the remaining dough on top.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
If the top of the cake starts to burn, you can cover it with foil.
