Very tasty dish.
The liver is soft and tender.
Instead of small baking tins, one large can be used.
From the specified number of ingredients, 4–5 servings are obtained.
Finely chop the onion.
Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Cut the liver into small pieces.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Fry a little.
Stir fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add sour cream.
Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Dice potatoes or cubes.
Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil until cooked.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Put half of the liver in a baking dish.
Put all the potatoes on the liver.
Put the remaining liver on the potatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30–35 minutes.
