Thin crispy dough, juicy filling. This is delicious!
To pasties, you can serve sour cream sauce (sour cream + herbs + garlic).
From the specified number of ingredients, 14–16 pieces are obtained.
Cooking the dough.
Pour flour into a bowl.
Add salt, sugar.
Add vegetable oil.
Knead the dough.
Put it in a bag and leave for 30-40 minutes at room temperature.
Cooking the filling.
Finely chop the onion.
Finely chop the greens.
Pork and beef through a meat grinder.
Add onions, herbs.
Add water in small portions (to make the filling juicier), stirring the minced meat.
It should turn out a mass similar in texture to thick sour cream.
From the dough, pinch off a piece the size of a chicken egg.
Roll out with a thickness of about 1 mm and a diameter of about 15 cm.
Put the filling on one edge (about 2 tablespoons).
Pinch the edges with a fork.
Pour oil in a pan about 2-3 cm.
Put chebureks (try so that water or flour does not get into the oil).
Fry on one side (about 3-5 minutes).
Fry on the other side (about 3-5 minutes).
