They are prepared very simply.
All products must be warm. It is advisable to get eggs in advance from the refrigerator.
From the specified number of ingredients, 12-14 pieces are obtained.
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml of milk
- 30 g butter
- ½ tsp salt
- 140–150 g flour
Heat the milk (it should be warm, not hot).
Melt the butter.
Mix eggs with salt.
Stir (the dough turns out liquid, like pancake).
Grease the molds with oil.
Pour the dough, filling them in half.
Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees.
Bake for 15 minutes.
