I bring to your attention a recipe for liver patties in a delicious, fragrant sauce.
For garnish you can cook potatoes, rice or vegetable salad.
From the specified number of ingredients, 10-15 cutlets are obtained.
Pass the liver, onions, carrots through a meat grinder.
Add an egg.
Fry the patties in vegetable oil on one side (fry for about 5 minutes).
Fry on the other side (about 5 minutes).
Cooking the sauce.
Finely chop the onion.
Finely chop the bacon.
Finely chop the greens.
Grate the cheese.
Put bacon on a dry frying pan.
Add the onion.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Put the patties into the baking dish (I used a 20 × 30 cm dish).
Put the sauce on the patties.
Lay out the cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20–25 minutes.
