Ricotta is a curd cheese. Instead, you can use Philadelphia, Mascarpone, Buco, Almette, etc.
If you were unable to buy such cheese, you can use soft cottage cheese, which must be wiped through a sieve.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 2 servings are obtained.
- 250 g ricotta
- 50 ml cream 33–35%
- 100 g sugar
- 5-6 pcs. biscuits (shortbread, biscuit, any to taste)
- 300 g of strawberries (or any berry to taste)
- 15-17 mint leaves
Dice the strawberries.
Finely chop the mint.
Mix strawberries and mint.
Whip cream with sugar.
Put ricotta with cream on the bottom of the bowl.
Put strawberries on the ricotta.
Put the ricotta with cream on the strawberries.
Put the cookies on the ricotta.
Put ricotta with cream on cookies.
Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
