Tender, juicy pancakes.
Garnish can be mashed potatoes or rice.
Serve with sour cream.
From the specified number of ingredients, 20–25 pieces are obtained.
- 1 kg of beef liver (or chicken)
- 150 g onion
- 150 g carrots
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp decoys
- 2-3 tbsp flour
- vegetable oil
Pass the liver, onions and carrots through a meat grinder (or chop in a blender).
Put fritters on a preheated, greased frying pan.
Fry for about 5 minutes on one side.
Turn over, fry for about 5 minutes.
