Delicate, juicy, with the aroma of smoked meats.
I strongly recommend using beef liver.
Garnish can be cooked with potatoes, rice or pasta.
From the specified number of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.
- 500 g beef liver
- 200 g of bacon (I used raw smoked)
- 300 g tomatoes
- 150 g onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- greens to taste
- 2-3 sprigs of thyme (optional)
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Peel the tomatoes, cut into cubes.
Finely chop the greens.
Cut one strip of bacon.
Cut the liver into slices of approximately 5 × 3 cm.
Wrap each piece of liver with a strip of bacon.
Fry chopped bacon.
Add onion, garlic.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the liver to the bacon.
To cover with a lid.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat.
