Light, crispy meringue with a pronounced almond flavor.
A delicious dessert for tea. Eaten like sweets.
Instead of almonds, you can try using hazelnuts.
About 70 pieces are obtained from the indicated amount of ingredients.
- 3 squirrels
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g almonds
Chop the almonds.
Beat whites with a pinch of salt in a foam.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper or a little grease.
Using a cooking syringe, or spoon, lay out small meringues.
Put in a preheated oven to 100 degrees.
Dry for 40–55 minutes.
During drying, meringues may fall, this is normal.
