Mix flour with baking powder and sift. We take the oil from the refrigerator and cut it into small cubes. In a bowl of flour, add powdered sugar (50 grams), cubes of butter and quickly grind everything with your fingers into the crumbs.
Next, as I said above, mix the egg with salt, add to the crumbs and mix lightly. After that I unload everything on the table and already there with the edge of my palm quickly and thoroughly knead a homogeneous dough. Literally 20 seconds and you're done.
We divide the dough into two unequal parts: two-thirds will go to the base, and one third - to the top of the pie. Put the dough briefly in the refrigerator.
If you have a one-piece shape, but a simple ceramic, like mine, then cover the bottom with baking paper and make long ends that will stick out over the sides. With their help, the cake is very easy to get out of shape.

We take out the form with the dough from the refrigerator and evenly distribute the filling. If your sides are higher than the last, it's time to slightly level them to the level of the filling.
We get the remaining third of the test. Sprinkle flour on the table and roll out a rectangle equal in size to the top of our future pie. Using a rolling pin, transfer and close the top with it, slightly pressing along the edges.
Beat the yolk, stir with a fork. Dense the top of the cake with a fork and grease with a culinary brush. I remember what I smeared when I didn’t have this same brush ... probably just with my fingers. But in our time, this is absolutely not scarce, not expensive and absolutely necessary gadget, so be sure to buy it.
Put in the oven for about 30 minutes. Baking time depends on your oven! In my old gas I cooked it for about forty minutes. If you doubt your oven, then it is better to dry the basis of the dough before putting the filling in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. And then everything, as described - filling, top, final baking.
If you suddenly see that the top of the cake darkens too quickly, cover it with foil.
Let the pie cool completely! Otherwise, the filling will simply leak. Cooling completely, it holds its shape perfectly. Using the ends of the baking paper (pull them firmly to the sides and hold), remove the cake from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
