Skip the chicken fillet through a meat grinder.
Peel the tomatoes, finely chop.
Grate the cheese.
Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil (fry for about 15 minutes).
Fry for 2-3 minutes.
If the minced meat is very juicy, the juice should be drained.
Put cheese on half the tortillas.
Put the minced meat on the cheese.
Fold the cake in half.
In a dry frying pan (I used a grill pan, but an ordinary frying pan is also suitable), fry the tortilla on one side.
Turn over, fry on the other side.
Ready quesadillas cut into four parts.
