Do you like brownies? Not small brownies from Irish folklore, but quite real cakes, popular in the English-speaking world?
Brownies or brownies have recently appeared in our culinary space, first in advanced blogs, then in glossy magazines. Now you will not surprise anyone, they have become familiar and loved, and it is understandable why.
The brownie oven is quick and easy. The set of products is often the simplest and most familiar, and the result is always perfect, who doesn’t like slightly moist chocolate baked goods melting in your mouth?
As the name implies, brownies are brown, that is, with either chocolate or cocoa. There is also a light version of them, this is blond.
Now is the late raspberry season and it is with her that I propose to bake delicious, chocolate-curd brownies. You can also safely use frozen raspberries. This variant of cakes is very democratic, not with cottage cheese, but with cottage cheese familiar to us. Their main “trick" is the humidity of the dough, so brownies are better to not bake than to bake. Give it a try! I’m sure you will like them!
