For the fritters, I took the cod fillet, but you can try any other fish fillet. I always freeze parsley and spring onions in the summer, so I have frozen greens. Starch in this recipe can be safely replaced with flour. The egg needs a medium size, a little over 60 grams. In the dough, you can add your favorite seasoning for fish, and replace the garlic with slightly fried onions.
Cut the fish into a small cube, about 1 cm.

For the test, combine in a bowl pieces of fish, herbs, egg, starch or flour, sour cream, chopped garlic and salt and pepper.
Heat the pan and pour vegetable oil.
Form fritters. It’s better not to make them big and thin, because it’s not very convenient to turn them over. It takes one large tablespoon for one pancake, they are about 6 centimeters in diameter and about 1 cm thick.
Fry the pancakes on one side over medium heat until brown, turn over, cover the pan with a lid, make a small fire and fry on the other side for about 5 minutes.
During this time, the fish fillet has time to cook.
