I bring to your attention a recipe for stuffed chicken.
We will stuff it with liver and rice. Get a great side dish for meat.
From the specified number of ingredients, 6–8 servings are obtained.
Finely chop the onion.
Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Cut the liver into small pieces.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil.
Add carrots, fry a little.
Add the liver.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stuff chicken with liver and rice.
Fasten with toothpicks (or sew).
Add salt and pepper to the chicken.
Put the chicken in the baking sleeve (if there is no sleeve, then simply lay the chicken on a baking sheet).
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
