Meatballs are tender, juicy.
Mashed potatoes or buckwheat are ideal for garnish.
From the specified number of ingredients, 6–8 servings are obtained.
Boil rice until cooked.
Soak the bun in milk.
Squeeze the bun a little, mix with minced meat.
For the sauce, mix ketchup and sour cream.
If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little boiled water.
To make small meatballs from minced meat.
Put them in a baking dish.
Pour the sauce.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40–45 minutes.
