- 1 kg of chicken drumstick (or thighs, wings, fillets)
- 700 ml of tomatoes in its own juice
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp Suneli hops (or dried herbs)
- vegetable oil
Thighs salt and pepper.
Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.
Fry until golden brown on one side.
Turn over, fry on the other side.
Peel the tomatoes, put in a blender (along with juice).
Add the tomatoes to the chicken.
Simmer until cooked (about 30 minutes).
