- 3 tsp brown (cane) sugar
- a bunch of mint
- 50 ml rum
- 150-200 ml soda (or Schweppes, Sprite)
Lime cut into 2 parts.
One serving will require half a lime.
Cut half the lime into 2 or 3 parts.
Pour sugar into a glass.
Squeeze juice from lime.

Fill with ice on 1/3 of the glass.
