Light, delicate, refreshing ice cream with a pronounced coconut flavor.
Coconut milk is sold in almost all supermarkets.
You can freeze ice cream in separate molds, or freeze in one large form.
From the specified number of ingredients, 10-15 servings are obtained.
- 500 ml cream 33–35%
- 4 eggs
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 100 g coconut flakes
- 200 g sugar
Separate the squirrels from the yolks.
Grind the yolks with sugar.
Add the yolks to the cream.
Add coconut flakes.
Add coconut milk.
Pour the mass into molds.
Put in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
